oyster po' boys
oyster po' boys have to be one of my favorite things ever. they almost always sound like a good idea. i went to hog island today in oxbow to satisfy the craving that i had all day, and it was great. the concept of a oyster place is a good one and one i completely support. that being said. i'm going to attempt to come up with a killer oyster po' boy, so if anyone has any tips, let me know. i'll let you know how it goes.

po' boys in general are amazing. They are the simplification of perfection, thus tantalizing foods ever. I can't wait to read about what you did and how they turned out.
